Our Bellota Ham is from 100% free-range pure breed only, fed on acorn gives its distinctive flavour. The transformation process is done manually by our experienced ham expert using high-quality sea salt followed by a slow artisanal curing process. This traditional process lasts for at least 36 months to ensure a perfect drying of the meat and reveal all the flavors. We insist a slow artisanal curing process in order to achieve the diversified profile of texture and flavours.
