Tasting Notes:
Color: Light golden robe with glints of bright green.
Nose: Discreet with delicate notes of dill and white flowers combined with an air of vanilla.
Palate: Fresh with a good mineral presence. Aromas of white peach and a vanilla add finesse and elegance.
A fine mineral wine, fully capable of expressing its granite “terroir”.

Food Pairing: Caminante ages in a barrel and that makes this wine versatile: baked fish in sauce, white meat, grilled or roasted. Providing the freshness pairs also with seafood, plus its good acidity with soft skin cheese.
