Visual: Bright and elegant, with light yellow reflections.
Smelling: Intensely aromatic with notes of ripe fruit.
To taste: The palate is broad and dense with good structure. Long finish which recalls the aromas of ripe fruit (pineapple and tropical fruits).

Food Pairing: All kinds of seafood and Fish. Excellent with Oysters, Sushi or Tempura fish.
