This Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico ham is the hind leg of 100% Ibérico purity of breed, originated in Salamanca (D.O. Guijuelo), which is in the North-west part of Spain. Well-cured for 57 months, the jamón carries deep and powerful acorn taste and aroma with long lasting of nutty flavors. The taste is very strong and intense, the persistence in the mouth is very long.
Our ham is selected carefully by our Ham Master in Spain, to ensure a perfect maturation to reveal aromas and flavors of the acorn-fed pigs.
