This Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico ham is the hind leg of 100% Ibérico purity of breed, originated in Guijuelo, which is in the northern part of Spain. Well-cured for 60 months , the jamón carries deep and powerful acorn taste and aroma with long lasting nutty flavors. The characteristic climate of Guijuelo makes ham slightly sweet with fruity aromas and literally melt-in-your-mouth.
Our ham is selected carefully by our Ham Master in Spain, to ensure a perfect maturation to reveal aromas and flavors of the acorn-fed pigs.
